About Christina Chaney
Christina first began practicing yoga as a way to move her body differently and build physical strength. What she discovered was a practice that offered much more — helping her find balance, grounding, and a deeper connection to herself.
After stepping away from her practice and later facing life changes, Christina returned to yoga and rediscovered the strength, steadiness, and self-connection she had been missing. That experience sparked her passion for sharing yoga’s teachings with others.
Today, Christina is a Certified Yoga Therapist and 500 RYT who helps others build better connection, greater balance, and overall well-being through the wisdom and practices of yoga.
