About Geo Derick Giordano
Geo Derick Giordano, MSc, RH(AHG), is a Registered Medical Herbalist, the founder and clinician of Geo’s Joy Herbal Medicine, LLC, and the founder/owner of The Sanctuary Wellness Center in Berryville, Virginia.
She earned her Master of Science in Herbal Medicine from Tai Sophia Institute, now the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and is a professional member of the American Herbalist’s Guild, reflecting a high standard of education, ethics, and clinical practice.
Geo is also an adjunct faculty teacher at Johns Hopkins University and has taught dozens of subjects at universities, conferences, organizations, and other learning venues.
As an avid organic gardener, cook, and educator, Geo is passionate about health, nutrition, plants, and the planet. Her work blends practical wisdom, deep herbal knowledge, and a heartfelt belief that food and medicine are powerfully connected.
